FAQ
Common questions before switching
Is MAD really cheaper than GoHighLevel?
For most agencies, yes. Once you factor in GoHighLevel(R) Agency Unlimited ($297/mo), SaaS Pro upgrade ($497/mo), per-message AI/SMS/email usage, and the additional tools you need for reputation, listings, and print, MAD bundled subscription is usually $3,500-$9,000/year less. The bigger savings come from labor: we do the campaign work GHL only hosts.
Can we keep our existing customers and pipelines?
Yes. Our migration covers full export of GHL contacts, pipelines, opportunities, and conversation history, then re-imports them into the MAD stack with the same statuses and tags.
How long does migration take?
Most agencies cut over in 7-14 days. A typical 10-20 sub-account shop runs both platforms in parallel for one business week before going fully live.
Do I have to use MAD print shop?
No. Print is a perk of the bundle, not a requirement. Use it when you need it; ignore it when you do not. Most digital-first agencies still end up loving the Dallas-local sample turnaround.
What if I just want one product, not the bundle?
You can subscribe to individual MAD products (SEO AI, Reputation, Listings, AIBV, Claude Connector) standalone. The bundle is just where the math tips strongly in your favor vs GoHighLevel(R).
Is MAD AI actually built on Claude?
Yes. MAD uses Anthropic official Claude Connector under the hood for every AI surface: content drafting, SEO recommendations, reputation reply suggestions, and our customer-facing chat. We are an official partner.
Do you work with clients outside Dallas?
Yes. We serve clients across the US. DFW clients get in-person meetings and same-day print pickup; everyone else gets the full platform + remote service team.
What happens to my data if I leave MAD?
You get a full export of contacts, pipelines, content, reports, and campaign assets in standard formats (CSV, JSON, MP4, PNG). MAD does not lock your data behind proprietary formats.
How is MAD white-label different from GHL?
Both let your clients log in under your brand. The difference is that under GoHighLevel(R), you build and operate the white-label app yourself. Under MAD, the white-label dashboard ships pre-built and our team services the work behind it.
Can MAD replace HighLevel for SaaS reselling?
Partially. If your business model is reselling raw software, GoHighLevel(R) SaaS Pro is purpose-built for that. If your model is reselling marketing outcomes (campaigns, leads, reputation lifts), MAD is built for the outcome side and ships better margins because we do the work instead of just renting you a CRM.
