DTF is priced by two variables: the size of the transfer and the quantity ordered. Color count, fabric type, and artwork complexity do not affect the price. A full-color photographic print on an 11x14 transfer costs the same as a single-color line drawing of the same size.
This is fundamentally different from screen printing (priced per color, per side, with screen and setup fees) and DTG (priced per print with pretreatment surcharges on dark garments). DTF strips out the variables and gives you a clean per-print number.
