Need ID tags that won't wear off? Asset tags built for the warehouse floor? Stainless steel parts with crisp serial numbers? MAD Monkey Media's fiber laser engraves stainless, brass, anodized aluminum, and titanium with precision - for promotional and industrial applications alike.

No minimums · Fast turnaround · Local Dallas pickup · Nationwide shipping

Permanent, high-contrast marks on virtually any metal or hard plastic - built to outlast the part.

What Our Fiber Laser Can Mark

From stainless steel to anodized aluminum, brass to titanium - one machine, industrial precision.

Stainless Steel Marking

Crisp black annealed marks on 304, 316, and 17-4 stainless - no surface deformation, no heat damage. Ideal for medical, food-grade, and industrial parts that need legibility without compromising the substrate.

Brass & Copper Engraving

Deep or surface engraving on brass plaques, fittings, name badges, and presentation pieces. Polished or satin finishes - we match what the project calls for.

Anodized Aluminum

Black, red, blue, green - we'll burn through the anodize layer for high-contrast white-on-color marks that won't fade. Perfect for asset tags, faceplates, and consumer products.

ID Tags & Asset Tags

Equipment tags, valve tags, electrical panel labels, and warehouse asset tags with QR codes, barcodes, and serial numbers. Pre-drilled holes, custom sizes, anodized aluminum or stainless options.

Serialization & Variable Data

Sequential serial numbers, QR codes, Data Matrix codes, batch numbers, and date/lot stamps - engraved automatically across hundreds or thousands of parts. UID-compliant marking available.

Promotional & Industrial Use Cases

Custom knives, firearms, tumblers, pens, watches, and gift items on the promotional side. Tooling, fixtures, and traceability marking on the industrial side. Same machine, same precision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about fiber laser engraving.

What materials can fiber laser engrave?

Fiber lasers excel on metals: stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, anodized aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, and tungsten carbide. They also mark engineered plastics like ABS, PEEK, and Delrin. They don't cut wood or acrylic - that's a CO2 laser job.

What's the difference between annealing, etching, and deep engraving?

Annealing creates a high-contrast black mark on stainless without removing material - perfect for medical and food-grade parts. Etching removes a thin layer for a tactile mark. Deep engraving cuts material away for industrial-grade durability and feel.

Can you do serial numbers and barcodes?

Absolutely. We run variable data jobs daily - sequential serials, QR codes, Data Matrix, barcodes, and lot/date stamps. Send us your CSV or numbering scheme and we'll automate the run.

Will the marks come off?

No. Fiber laser marks on metal are permanent - they'll outlast the part itself. They survive heat, chemicals, abrasion, sun exposure, and decades of harsh service. That's why aerospace, medical, and military rely on them.
