Heidelberg offset, HP Indigo digital, in house bindery

Commercial Printing: Offset, Digital and Full Bindery

From 25 business cards to tens of thousands of catalogs, we print paper on Heidelberg offset presses and HP Indigo digital presses, then finish it in our own bindery: cutting, folding, stitching, die cutting, coating and dimensional effects.

  • Heidelberg Speedmaster offset
  • HP Indigo 12000 and 100K digital
  • 28 x 40 in press sheets
  • Raised spot UV
  • Full bindery

What it does

Digital and offset each have a job. HP Indigo digital presses are the right call for short runs, fast turnaround, versioned pieces and variable data such as names, addresses and unique codes on every sheet. Heidelberg offset presses take over on longer runs, where the per piece cost drops sharply and Pantone spot colors can be matched on press.

Our 10 color Speedmaster perfector prints both sides of the sheet in one pass, and the XL 8 color perfector adds UV coating inline. A Scodix Ultra 6000 adds raised spot UV and dimensional effects you can feel, on top of either kind of print.

Everything else happens in the same building: computer to plate prepress, contract proofing, cutting, folding, saddle stitching, die cutting, folder gluing for pocket folders and boxes, drilling, corner rounding, scoring and shrink wrapping.

Frequently asked questions

Should my job run offset or digital?

Short runs, fast deadlines and variable data run best on HP Indigo digital presses. Longer runs and strict Pantone matching run best offset. We pick the press that gives the best result for the price, and the proof shows you what to expect.

Can you match Pantone colors?

Yes. Offset runs can use true Pantone spot inks. Digital presses produce very close matches with color managed CMYK and extended gamut. Tell us which colors are critical and we will plan the job around them.

Do I get a proof?

Yes. Every job gets a free digital proof before production. For color critical work we can also produce a contract proof.

Can you print variable data such as names or unique codes?

Yes. Our HP Indigo presses print names, addresses, numbers and unique QR codes on every piece, which is ideal for direct mail, tickets, badges and personalized cards.

What finishing can you do?

Cutting, folding, scoring, saddle stitching, drilling, corner rounding, die cutting, folder gluing, shrink wrapping, aqueous and UV coating, and raised spot UV with dimensional effects.

Is there a minimum order?

Online products start as low as 25 pieces. Custom work is quoted at the quantity you need.
