Email problems at a small business are usually DNS problems in disguise: a missing SPF record, a website host that also tries to send mail, or a domain registered by someone who left. Because MAD Monkey Media also builds and hosts websites, we can look at the domain, the site and the mailboxes together.

How many people can share a Growth plan?
Growth includes up to 5 mailboxes with 50 GB of pooled storage for $7 a month or $70 a year. Larger teams usually fit Pro, which is priced per user.
What do aliases do for a business?
Aliases give you extra addresses such as sales@ or invoices@ that deliver to an existing mailbox. Starter includes 5, Growth 50 and Pro 200.
What is AI Cleanup?
AI Cleanup is included on paid plans. It groups old unread mail, duplicates, very large messages and no-reply senders so you can archive or delete them in one step. It runs on our servers using clear rules, so you can see why each message was picked.
Can we move our existing email over?
Yes. Talk to our team about your current provider and mailbox count and we will walk you through the move. We do not quote a migration price until we know the size of the job.
