Do you offer design help?
Yes. Upload your logo and we’ll mock up the canopy at no extra cost. Our team will email you a digital proof for approval before production starts.
How durable are the canopies?
Built for repeated outdoor event use. Acrylic coating resists water, sun, and dirt. Replace canopy top after 100+ uses or per visible wear. Aluminum frame is rated for 5+ years with normal care.
Can I order different designs on each side?
Absolutely. Select 2, 3, or 4 print sides above and upload up to 4 unique designs at no upcharge per side. Great for sponsors, multi-brand events, or seasonal swaps.
What if I need additional walls or accessories later?
All accessories are sold separately under our Custom Canopy Accessories category. Side walls, sand bags, and travel bags can be added to any existing canopy.
What’s your warranty?
30-day satisfaction guarantee on the printed canopy top. Manufacturing defects covered for 1 year on the frame. Normal wear excluded.
