Artwork checklist
- PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI, at the exact size you want printed.
- Gang sheets: 22 inches wide, at the length you order.
- Do not mirror the artwork.
- Remove background boxes. Anything that is not transparent prints.
- Very small text and thin lines (under about 0.35 inch tall) may not press cleanly. Thicken them.

What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for direct to film. The design is printed on a clear film with a white ink layer, coated with adhesive powder and cured. You heat press it onto the garment and peel the film away.
What is a DTF gang sheet?
One 22 inch wide sheet with as many designs as you can fit. You pay for the length of the sheet, not per design, so a full sheet lowers your cost per print.
What file should I send?
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, sized at the final print size. The free gang sheet builder packs your PNG files onto a 22 inch sheet and exports a 300 DPI print file for you.
Can I order transfers by size or a bulk run?
Yes. Send your sizes, quantities and need-by date with the DTF quote form and we reply by email with a price and a ship date before anything is printed.
How do I press DTF transfers?
Follow the settings and steps in our DTF application guide. On nylon, performance or stretch fabric, press one test garment first.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Ground shipping is $8.50 per order and free when your order totals $99 or more. 2 Day Air and Overnight are offered at checkout with the price shown before you pay.
Do you offer same day DTF transfers?
Yes. Print-ready orders placed by 2 PM Central on business days ship the same day.
