How to use it
- Pick your sheet size. Bigger sheets cost less per square inch.
- Upload your PNGs, drag them in, or paste from the clipboard.
- Drag to position, or press Auto Align to pack the sheet for you.
- Export a 300 DPI PNG.
- Order the matching sheet size and attach that PNG on the product page. No file yet is fine too, we will email you for it.
Art specs
- PNG with a transparent background is best. JPG, PDF, AI and EPS also work.
- 300 DPI at final print size. Below 150 DPI will look soft.
- RGB is fine, we convert in our own profile.
- Leave about a quarter inch between designs so they cut apart cleanly.
- Keep artwork off the very edge of the sheet.
- Up to 95 MB per file.
We check files by hand before printing and we will come back to you if something will not print well.
Questions
What is a gang sheet?
One large DTF film with many designs packed onto it. You buy the sheet, then cut the individual transfers apart yourself and press them one at a time.
Does the price change as I add designs?
No. The price is set by the sheet size alone. Filling the sheet completely costs exactly the same as leaving it half empty, which is why it pays to pack it.
Can I order a size that is not listed?
Not through the builder. The sizes above are the ones we stock and can print. For anything else, talk to us and we will quote it.
Do I have to use this tool?
No. If you already have a print-ready sheet, go straight to the product page and upload it. The tool is free either way and costs nothing extra to use.
