AGFA, Mimaki and Epson wide format, Zund and Kongsberg finishing
Need a 10 foot banner by Friday, a trade show backdrop that looks right, or 200 yard signs for a weekend campaign? Our production network prints large format on AGFA UV LED presses, a Mimaki roll printer and an Epson dye sublimation printer, then cuts, hems and finishes it to spec.
The AGFA Tauro presses in our production network are hybrids: they print rolls and rigid boards with UV LED inks that cure instantly. That means sharp, scratch resistant color on vinyl, mesh, coroplast, foam board, PVC, aluminum composite and acrylic, with outdoor durability and no waiting for prints to dry.
For banners and film on the roll the network adds an AGFA Ceres roll to roll UV press. A Mimaki JV300-160 handles 63 inch vinyl, wall graphics and fine detail work, and an Epson SureColor F6370 dye sublimation printer produces fabric banners, table covers and flags with a soft, wrinkle tolerant finish.
After printing, Zund and Kongsberg digital cutting tables contour cut rigid signs, standees and decals right to the print. Banners are hemmed and grommeted to spec, and everything is checked before it leaves the shop.

PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF or high resolution JPG or PNG. Build at full size at 100 to 150 DPI, or at a scale such as 25 percent with resolution raised to match. Add 1/2 in bleed for banners and 1/8 in for rigid signs. We check every file for free before printing.
Upload files and request a quoteAt full size, 100 to 150 DPI is plenty because large graphics are viewed from a distance. Vector files scale to any size. We run a free file check on every order and flag anything that will print soft.
UV cured inks on vinyl and rigid board hold color for years outdoors. Adding an overlaminate extends that further and protects against scratches and graffiti.
Up to about 10 ft wide in one piece on the UV roll presses in our production network, at almost any length. Larger graphics are printed in panels that are matched and finished for installation.

What we delivered: A 6 ft x 4 ft full-color 13 oz gloss vinyl banner, hemmed with grommets in all 4 corners, plus 1,000 kraft handle bags printed with a 1-color logo and 1,000 business cards.

Came back a month later for 2,000 more business cards.

What we delivered: A trade show kit: two 34 x 83 in banner stands, a 13 x 18 in tabletop banner and a fitted table cover, plus an 89.5 x 89 in tension fabric backdrop with frame and 2 LED lights. A second fabric graphic for the backdrop followed in April.
