Will this make my site ADA compliant and stop lawsuits?
No one can honestly promise that, and there is no official certification for website ADA compliance. We test against WCAG 2.2 AA, fix what we find, and document the work, which puts you in a far stronger position than doing nothing.
Are accessibility overlay widgets enough?
We do not rely on them. Overlays can change how a page looks, but they do not fix the underlying code, and some assistive technology users find them harder to use. Real accessibility comes from fixing the site itself.
Is this legal advice?
No. We are a web team, not a law firm. If you have received a demand letter, talk to an attorney. We can audit and fix the site and give your attorney documentation of what was found and corrected.
Do you fix the issues or only find them?
Both. On WordPress and Shopify sites we usually make the fixes ourselves. If your developers own the code, we provide detailed tickets for each issue and retest their work once it ships.
