For best results we recommend 7-8mm minimum text, which keeps every letter cleanly readable on a polo or hat. Logos with fine detail work better at 3 inches or larger; very small logos or logos with thin lines may need to be redrawn for embroidery. We will flag any digitizability concerns when we review your art file.

Yes, we embroider on customer-supplied garments. There is no upcharge versus stocked blanks, but we cannot warranty embroidery on garments we did not source. A few caveats: very loose-knit fabrics, performance polyester with moisture-wicking coatings, and certain delicate fabrics may require special hooping or stabilizers (we will flag any concerns at quote time). For the simplest experience and consistent reorders, ordering blanks through us is recommended - we stock dozens of common styles in every color and size.
