First Order

Once approved, you upload your first order via the wholesale portal. Production starts the same business day at Tier 2 and Tier 3, next business day at Tier 1.

How Our Wholesale Program Compares

Most wholesale DTF programs from the bigger national vendors come with one of three friction points: high monthly minimums (some require 2,500+ transfers/month to qualify), inconsistent turnaround during peak season, or hidden fees on rush orders and color adjustments. We built our program around the operators who told us those things were costing them business.

No Inflated Minimums

Tier 1 opens at 500 transfers/month - low enough that a shop running 4-5 mid-size team orders per week qualifies on day one. You do not have to commit to volume you do not have yet.

Real Turnaround Guarantees

Our 24-hour and same-day production windows are guarantees, not aspirations. If a Tier 2 order misses the 24-hour window, we credit the order. We have not paid out that credit in over six months because the queue priority is real, not marketing.

No Hidden Fees

Rush turnaround is included at Tier 2 and Tier 3. Art file fixes (cleanup, white-underbase generation, vectorization of low-res files) are included. Color matching from previous orders is included. The only line items on a wholesale invoice are transfers and shipping.

Wholesale FAQ

What if my volume drops below my tier threshold?

Pricing is reviewed quarterly, not monthly. As long as your trailing-90-day average stays in your tier, you keep the locked-in rate. If you drop a tier at the quarterly review, we give you 30 days advance notice and the option to commit to the higher tier for the next quarter.

Do you require an exclusivity agreement?

No. We do not ask wholesale customers to source exclusively from us. If you want to dual-source for redundancy or geographic shipping coverage, that is your call. We earn the volume by being the best option, not by locking you in.

Can I white-label gang sheets too?

Yes, at Tier 2 and Tier 3. Gang sheets can be branded with your logo on the packing slip and shipped direct to your customers.

What about art file requirements?

Same as our standard program: 300 DPI minimum, PNG with transparent background preferred, or vector (AI, EPS, PDF). Wholesale customers get free art cleanup - our team will fix low-res files, separate white underbase, or rebuild artwork that did not come in production-ready.

How do payments work?

Net-15 at Tier 1, Net-30 at Tier 2, Net-30 or Net-45 at Tier 3. Invoices go out at the end of each calendar month for all orders shipped that month. ACH and wire are preferred; credit card payment adds 3% to cover processing.
