What is the minimum monthly volume for wholesale DTF pricing?

No hard minimum, but the wholesale tier is calibrated for shops doing $500+/mo in DTF spend. Below that, the bulk pricing tier is usually a better fit.

Do you offer dropship-to-end-customer?

Yes. Blind dropship with your branded packing slip is included in the wholesale program. Provide the end-customer address at checkout.

How long does net-30 approval take?

Net-30 is granted after one paid order at standard terms. Approval is typically 24 hours after the first order ships.

Is there an API for high-volume reseller orders?

Yes, currently in private beta as part of the MAD Biz App platform. Wholesale accounts can request early access.

Can I pick up wholesale orders in Dallas?

Yes. Dallas pickup is available; we send the pickup address when your order is ready. Most wholesale partners use a mix of pickup for local jobs and freight for out-of-state.
