The starting line

Great restaurant, scattered digital presence

Atheneos Greek Village Cafe is a family-owned restaurant in Mesquite, Texas. It needed one team to own the whole digital side of the house.

  • A beloved family-owned Greek restaurant in Mesquite, TX with loyal regulars - and a digital presence that did not match the food.
  • The customer email list lived in a third-party mailing tool the restaurant did not control.
  • Online ordering, promo pages, listings, reviews, and social each needed an owner - and hiring an in-house marketer is not realistic for a single-location restaurant.
  • Our July 2024 baseline audit kicked off the engagement; the core program was live within three weeks.
What we did

Every seat at the digital table, one team

  • Website and online ordering. A complete WordPress build on our managed hosting: menu, promo landing pages, photo gallery, chatbot, and an online-ordering stack - maintained and backed up by us.
  • Local SEO, listings, and citations. Continuous local-search optimization plus the business record synced across the major listing networks and data aggregators.
  • Reputation and review capture. Review monitoring, response management, and customer-feedback collection on the profiles diners actually check.
  • Social marketing. A managed posting program for the restaurant's social profiles.
  • Email marketing the restaurant owns. Migrated 3,280 customer contacts into an email platform running on the restaurant's own website - the list is an asset now, not a rented tool.
  • Geofenced display advertising. Designed a nine-format display campaign for the Dallas market with foot-traffic conversion zones drawn around the restaurant itself, so ad exposure can be tied to real walk-ins.
  • Business infrastructure. Professional business email and calendar on the restaurant's own domain.

Every figure above is a documented engagement fact from our records for this client. They describe what was delivered, not advertising or search performance. Campaign performance figures (ad impressions, foot-traffic conversions, listing and review movement) come from reporting exports we have not yet published here - this page will be updated with those numbers once the exports are pulled and verified. Nothing on this page is projected, extrapolated, or estimated.

Restaurants: stop juggling seven vendors.

We run the website, ordering, listings, reviews, social, email, and local ads as one program, for one predictable bill. The first conversation is free.
