Under one MAD Monkey Media account, business owners run their entire online presence: a managed website and hosting, the MAD Biz App (app.madmonkey.media), and a connected suite of toolkits for SEO, reputation and reviews, social media, business listings, analytics, scheduling, and commerce.

When you connect a Google account to MAD Monkey Media, you authorize our apps to work with your Google services on your behalf so you can manage everything from one dashboard.

What Google data our apps access, and why

We request the minimum Google scopes needed for the features you turn on, and we use that data only to deliver those features inside your MAD Monkey Media workspace:

Google Business Profile – read and manage your business listings, posts, hours, and reviews so you can keep your local presence accurate and respond to customers.
Google Search Console – read your impressions, clicks, queries, and ranking trends for your SEO reports and audits.
Google Analytics – read your site analytics to show performance in your dashboards and reports.
Google Calendar – read and create events for appointment scheduling and booking.
YouTube – read channel data and, where you enable it, upload videos as part of social publishing.
Basic Google profile (name and email) – to identify your account and securely connect it to your workspace.

We do not sell your Google user data, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide these features to you or as required by law. You can review or revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].

Limited Use disclosure: MAD Monkey Media’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
