Miguel Estrada
Founder & CEO

Proudly half Guatemalan and fully bilingual, Miguel turned a Dallas print shop into a full-stack growth team: print, digital, and the MAD Biz App software under it. One standard of work, two languages to deliver it in. Alongside his father and business partner Jorge, he builds companies that treat every client like family.

Jason Hadfield
VP of Print

Jason brings about 25 years as a graphic designer and creative director to the MAD Monkey Media print floor. He learned the craft from the ground up, from manual presses to fully automatic equipment, with a decade-plus in screen printing and apparel decoration. Before MAD Monkey Media he founded a Dallas custom-apparel shop and served as a magazine creative director and design-agency co-founder. He owns everything that comes off the press: screen printing, embroidery, DTF transfers, promo products, signage, and packaging.
