Frequently asked questions
How long does production take?
Production takes 4 to 5 business days after your file is approved. Shipping transit time is added on top and depends on the method you pick and your location.
What file should I upload?
A print-ready PDF at the finished size with 0.125 inch bleed on every side, fonts embedded or outlined, and images at 300 dpi in CMYK. We check every file before it goes to print and contact you if something needs fixing.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Our design team can build the artwork from scratch or fix a file you already have. Design time is billed at $60 per hour with a 15 minute minimum, and you approve a proof before anything prints.
Which fold should I pick?
A tri fold makes six panels and is the most common fold for an 8.5 x 11 brochure. A half fold makes four larger panels. A Z fold opens like an accordion, so the inside reads as one spread.
Do you need a folding sample?
No. Brochures are folded to the standard fold you select. If you need a custom fold that matches a sample you already have, ask us for a quote.
