BY INVITATION. One Print Partner slot exists, for a print supplies or print brand. It is invoiced directly, or taken as in-kind at a stated cash value, and it is not sold from the cart. The Print Partner does not print event materials (the MAD print team does) and does not cover AV or stream production.

– Print Partner of the print-on-demand segment: named from the stage as it opens and on the broadcast lower third during it
– Standard 10×10 live print bar on the expo floor, with power and 4 exhibitor badges, where you print for attendees and take orders
– Category exclusive among sponsors for print supplies and print brands: blanks, inks, films, media and print equipment
– 3 free in-person GA tickets, 10 virtual passes and 2 Virtual VIP upgrades
– Logo on the stage screens during both print segments and on the broadcast lower third
– Quarter page in the printed program and 1 dedicated social post, EN and ES
– Named on the replay page for 12 months
– 12 months in the MAD Monkey Media business directory and the MAD Biz App expo directory
– Sponsor copy written for you by MAD, in English and Spanish
– An itemized post-event fund report and a fulfillment report with proof
– First refusal on the same tier for Jungle Week 2028
Every tier, extra value (one or the other, never both):
– 20% off for existing clients. Active MAD Monkey Media clients take 20% off any sponsorship tier or standalone booth. An existing client is any account with a live MAD subscription or a paid MAD engagement in the last 12 months. Applied with your client code at checkout, or on your invoice. Not combinable with the MAD Launch Credit: a client takes one or the other. Not sure you qualify? Ask us.
– 10% back as the MAD Launch Credit, up to $750. Every sponsor earns the MAD Launch Credit: 10% of the sponsorship amount back as credit, up to $750, redeemable toward MAD Monkey Media software subscriptions or managed services only. Example: a $1,750 Howler sponsorship earns a $175 credit, and Canopy earns the full $750. The credit is not cash, does not apply to printed products, booths or event fees, is one per sponsorship, is issued after purchase, and is not combinable with the 20% client discount.
Where every dollar goes: We keep an itemized record of every sponsorship dollar and share a post-event fund accountability report with all sponsors showing exactly where funds went. Every sponsor also gets a post-event fulfillment report.
