MAD Monkey Media offers AQ door hangers die-cut to hang on any doorknob.
Door hangers go right where people cannot miss them: the front door. A die-cut hole and slit let each piece slip over a doorknob, so your message is the first thing they see.
14pt is a sturdy cardstock that holds its shape through handling. An AQ (aqueous) coating gives a semi-gloss look that protects the print and keeps colors clean.

Put your headline and offer near the top, since that is the part people see first on the door. Keep important text away from the die-cut hole and slit, and use the bottom section for contact details or a coupon. For the cleanest result, send a high-resolution PDF at the finished size, extend background colors past the trim line, and keep important text inside the safe area away from the edges.
