For Food Trucks and Mobile Kitchens

Food Truck Marketing That Brings the Line to Your Window

One team for the whole truck: the wrap, the menu boards and the signage, a website with online ordering, social that lands before lunch, reviews, local SEO, and the POS and payments behind the window. Your customers always know where you are today, what is on the menu, and how to book you for their next event. Built for trucks anywhere in the US, run by a local team in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Great food, a moving address, and customers who need to find you

The hardest part of the truck business is not the cooking. It is that your customers have to find a moving target. Fans who do not know where you are today buy lunch somewhere else. Organizers who cannot find your booking info hire the truck that has a form. And the private gigs, weddings, corporate lunches and brewery residencies, go to trucks that look professional from the wrap to the website. The window stays busy when the marketing works as hard as the kitchen.

Where trucks quietly lose sales

  • Fans ask "where are you today" because the schedule is buried in old posts.
  • Google shows the commissary address, or nothing, when people search your name.
  • The line is long and there is no way to order ahead, so people walk away.
  • The menu board is hard to read from the back of the line.
  • Event organizers cannot find a booking form, so the gig goes to a truck with one.
  • The wrap turns heads but the website, menu and print do not match it.

What we do for food trucks

The MAD Monkey products, services and software that fit a mobile kitchen, grouped the way you would actually buy them. Start free, then add what fills the window.

Wraps, menus, signage and print

The wrap is your billboard and the menu board is your salesperson. We design them to match, then print the rest of the kit in-house so every piece looks like the same truck.

  • Wrap design and large-format vinyl
  • Menu boards, window decals and A-frames
  • Banners, flags, tents, one-pagers and loyalty cards

Website and online ordering

A fast site where this week's schedule is the first thing people see, with the menu, your story, online ordering for pickup at the window, and a catering page with a booking form. The link in every bio finally does its job.

  • Schedule and map of stops, kept current
  • Order-ahead for pickup at the window
  • Catering packages and booking form

POS and payments

Already on Square, Toast or another system? We connect your ordering page and reporting to it. Want one partner for the whole truck? Ask about MAD POS and MAD Pay, our own point of sale and payments products.

  • Works with the POS you have today
  • MAD POS for the window and events
  • MAD Pay for online and invoiced catering

Social that moves crowds

Posting where-we-are-today at 11 a.m. is too late. We run the rhythm that works for trucks: tomorrow teasers, morning location drops, sell-out alerts and event countdowns, in English and Spanish.

  • Location drops timed before lunch
  • Specials, sell-out and event alerts
  • Managed posting on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
See social marketing →

Reviews and reputation

Parks, breweries and event organizers check your reviews before they say yes. We make asking easy with QR signage at the window and follow-ups after online orders, and we help you answer every review.

  • QR review signage at the window
  • Automated follow-up asks
  • Reputation dashboard and reply help

Local SEO and Google Business Profile

When someone searches your truck name or "food trucks near me", the answer should be you, open, current and appetizing. We set up the profile for a mobile business, post the schedule, and keep your listings consistent.

  • Google profile built for a truck
  • Weekly schedule posts and fresh photos
  • Listings and citations kept in sync

All of it in the MAD Biz App

Listings, reviews, social, website, booking requests and reporting in one login you can check from the cab. Update the schedule in minutes, answer catering inquiries and reviews from one inbox, and read your results in plain English.

  • One dashboard you can run from the truck

The daily window

What we do: schedule visibility everywhere fans look, order-ahead for the rush, and posts that land before the lunch decision.

The booked calendar

What we do: catering pages, one-pagers and outreach that fill weekends with weddings, corporate gigs and festival slots.

Organizer credibility

What we do: reviews, photos and professional print that make event bookers and brewery managers comfortable saying yes.

A brand bigger than the truck

What we do: one look from wrap to web to menu board, ready for the second truck, the trailer or the storefront.

How we start with a truck

1

Free Snapshot

We check your Google profile, reviews, listings, website and social, and show you where customers lose track of your truck.

2

Fix the basics

Schedule on your site and Google profile, a review flow at the window, and a menu board people can read from the back of the line.

3

Build the engines

Online ordering, a catering page with a booking form, a posting rhythm, and print that matches the wrap, all tracked in the MAD Biz App.

Named references are available on request. We do not publish client results on this page without the client's permission.

Questions food trucks ask us

How do you market a food truck?

Like a restaurant whose address changes every day. The schedule becomes the center of your website and Google profile, posts go out before the lunch decision instead of after it, reviews build the credibility that gets you into parks and event lineups, and a booking page captures the catering and private events that often pay better than the window.

Do you design truck wraps and print menu boards?

Yes. We are a marketing company and a print shop, so wrap design, large-format vinyl, menu boards, window decals, A-frame signs, banners, flags, catering one-pagers and loyalty cards come from the same team and match each other. Ask us how installation is handled for your truck when we quote.

Can customers order online from our truck?

Yes. We build an ordering page so regulars can pre-order for pickup at the window, linked from your site, your Google profile and every bio. If you already run Square, Toast or another POS with online ordering, we connect to what you have instead of making you switch.

Do we have to switch our POS or card processing?

No. We work with the POS you use today. If you want one partner for everything, ask us about MAD POS and MAD Pay, our own point of sale and payments products, and we will walk through whether they fit your truck before you change anything.

Can you help us book more catering and private events?

Yes. We build a catering page with packages and minimums, print the one-pager organizers pass around, send booking requests to one inbox, and run outreach to breweries, office parks and venues so the calendar fills on purpose.

How much does food truck marketing cost?

You can start free with the Snapshot Report and the Google Business Profile audit. Paid plans scale from getting found and reviewed, to a schedule-first site and social, to a full catering and ordering engine. Print is quoted per job with the instant print quote tool.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. We are a Latino-owned team and we write, post and print in English and Spanish, so your menu, posts and signage can speak to every customer in the line.
