Programs, menus, place cards and table numbers
Day-of paper that matches your invitations. Programs and menus print on soft linen flyer stock or as folded greeting cards; they are priced by size and quantity on those pages. Place cards and table numbers are engraved clear acrylic that guests often take home, from $23.00.
Order programs, menus and place cards right after your RSVP deadline, 3 to 4 weeks out, so the names and counts are final.
Welcome signs, seating charts and acrylic signs
The welcome sign is in half the photos, so it should look like the invitations. We engrave birch and clear acrylic in house, and print custom acrylic signs in any size with polished edges and standoffs or stands. Engraved signs take 3 to 5 business days after proof; printed acrylic signs take 5 to 7.

Pick your colors, fonts and a monogram so every printed and engraved piece matches. Put a simple wedding website live so your save-the-dates can point to it, and book your photographer and videographer early, since the best ones fill their calendars first.

Mail your save-the-dates
Mail save-the-dates 8 to 12 months before the wedding, closer to 12 months for a destination wedding or a holiday weekend. Order them 2 to 3 weeks before your mailing day so there is time for the proof, printing and delivery, or let us address and mail postcards for you.

How far in advance should we order wedding invitations?
Plan to mail invitations 6 to 8 weeks before the wedding, and order them about 3 weeks before that, so roughly 9 to 11 weeks out. That leaves time for the digital proof, 3 to 5 business days of printing after you approve it, and shipping or free pickup in Dallas. Set the RSVP deadline 3 to 4 weeks before the wedding.
When should save-the-dates go out?
Mail save-the-dates 8 to 12 months before the wedding, closer to 12 months for a destination wedding or a holiday weekend. Postcards make easy save-the-dates, we can print them on the same paper as your invitations, and we can also address and mail postcards for you.
How much do wedding invitations cost?
Printed 5 x 7 invitations start at $84.50 for 100, printed full color on both sides. Pearl shimmer paper is $206.00 for 100 and gold metallic foil is $356.00 for 100, and laser engraved birch wood invitations are $38.50 each. Every price is shown on the product page before you order, and other sizes, quantities and finishes are quoted for you.
Can we see and feel the paper before we order?
Yes. Every invitation product page has a Request a free sample button for a paper sample, or tick the samples box in the quote form below and tell us which papers you are deciding between.
Do you design the invitations, or do we need our own file?
Either works. Upload a finished design, or tell us your names, date, venue, colors and wording and our designers will set it up to match your signs and programs. You get a digital proof, and nothing prints until you approve it.
Can our invitations, signs and favors match?
Yes. We set up your names, colors, fonts and monogram once and use them on the save-the-dates, invitations, programs, signs, favors and thank-you cards, so the whole day looks like one set. Send the whole list in the quote form and we proof the pieces together.
Can you print invitations in Spanish or in both English and Spanish?
Yes. We set invitations, programs, menus and signs in English, in Spanish or in both languages, and our team speaks Spanish, so you can talk through the wording with us in either language. We check accents and names with you on the proof.
What wedding signs do you make, and what do they cost?
An 18 x 24 inch welcome sign is $115.00 in engraved birch or $174.50 in clear acrylic, and an 18 x 24 inch clear acrylic seating chart with up to 100 names is $197.50. We also make table numbers, favors and bar signs, and custom acrylic signs in any size. Engraved signs take 3 to 5 business days after proof and printed acrylic signs 5 to 7 business days.
When should we order the seating chart if RSVPs are still coming in?
Approve the design about 6 weeks out, then send the final names 3 to 4 weeks before the wedding, right after your RSVP deadline. Engraving takes 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof, and rush is available on most jobs if a name changes late.
What are your cake toppers made of, and can we get one in wood?
Our listed cake toppers are 6 x 4 inches and laser cut from 1/8 inch acrylic: gold mirror for $32.50 or glitter for $36.50, with your names, Mr and Mrs, or a number. For a wood topper we cut birch, the same wood as our welcome signs and guest books. Wood toppers are not a listed product yet, so we quote them. Every topper gets a proof before it is cut.
Do you make personalized favors and wedding party gifts?
Yes. We laser engrave champagne flutes, cufflinks, money clips, tumblers, compact mirrors, ring boxes, dress hangers, cake toppers and guest books in our Dallas shop, and make favors like keychains, coasters and cardstock gift boxes. Each product page shows its price, and favors in larger quantities are quoted for you.
Can you make shirts for the wedding party or the bachelorette weekend?
Yes. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces per design and takes 7 to 10 days after proof. For smaller groups we print DTF with no minimum in 2 to 3 business days, and same-day DTF rush is a flat $35 with pickup in Dallas. We also embroider hats and polos.
Do you build wedding websites?
Yes. We build a simple wedding website with your story, the schedule, travel and hotel details, registry links and a link to your RSVP form, designed to match your invitations. It is quoted per project.
Can you recommend a wedding photographer or videographer?

How long does a wedding order take?
Printed paper takes 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof, engraved wood, acrylic and glass take 3 to 5 business days, and printed acrylic signs take 5 to 7 business days. Add shipping time, or pick up free in Dallas-Fort Worth. Larger favor quantities are quoted with their own timing.
Can we get a rush order?
Often, yes. Rush is available on most engraving jobs and quoted per order. Put your wedding date in the quote form and we will tell you what is possible before you pay.
Can we pick up our order in Dallas?
Yes. Pickup in Dallas-Fort Worth is free, so you can check every piece in person before the big day.
Do you ship wedding orders outside Dallas?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States with tracking, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Will we see a proof before anything is printed or engraved?
Yes. Every order gets a digital proof first. Check the names, date, time, venue and spelling, including accents, and nothing is printed or engraved until you approve it.
When should we send thank-you cards?
Mail thank-you cards within 3 months after the wedding, and sooner for gifts that arrived before the day. Order them with your invitations on the same paper so the set matches. 100 flat 5 x 7 cards with a writable back are $98.50, and 100 folded cards start at $151.50.
