Frequently asked questions

What size is this pull-up banner?

The printed display area is 31.5 x 78.75 in - a tall, eye-level format that's ideal for trade show booths, lobbies, registration tables, and event entrances.

What is 13oz matte vinyl and why does it matter?

13oz matte vinyl is a durable wide-format banner stock with a non-glare matte coating. The matte finish keeps your graphics readable under bright booth lights and looks clean in photos and video - no hot-spot glare.

Does the price include the stand?

Yes. Every pull-up banner ships as a complete kit: the printed 13oz matte vinyl graphic, the retractable black base, the support pole, and a padded carry bag.

It says out of stock - can I still get one?

Yes. Request a free sample or a quote and we'll notify you the moment this size is back in stock, or recommend a comparable in-stock pull-up banner for your timeline.

Do I need print-ready artwork?

No. If you don't have artwork, our design team can build it for you. Every order also gets a free pre-press review for bleed, resolution, and safe margins before we print.

How do I set it up?

Pull the banner up from the base, hook the support pole, and you're done - tool-free in under a minute. Tear-down is just as fast back into the carry bag.
