Frequently asked questions
Is matte the same as uncoated?
No. Matte cards have a smooth coating that protects the print and reduces glare. Uncoated stocks such as linen or kraft feel more like natural paper.
What file should I send?
Send a PDF at the finished size plus 0.125 in bleed on every side (3.75 x 2.25 in for a 3.5 x 2 in card), 300 dpi images, CMYK color, and text at least 0.125 in inside the trim. Our team checks every file before it goes to press and contacts you if anything needs fixing.
How long does it take?
Production time: 2-3 business days, next business day after file approval. Shipping time is added and depends on the method you choose at checkout.
