Leave enough space in each field for handwriting, and keep important lines and boxes inside the safe area so they print on every part. Send a high-resolution PDF at the finished size, extend background colors 0.125 inch past the trim, and keep important text inside the safe area.

What file should I send?
A print-ready PDF at the finished size with 0.125 inch bleed on every side, CMYK color, images at 300 dpi, and text at least 0.125 inch inside the trim. Fonts embedded or outlined.
