Production time is 4 – 5 business days, counted from artwork approval. Shipping time is added after production and depends on the delivery method you choose at checkout.
Artwork and design tips
Keep the return address in the top left corner and leave the center and right side clear for the mailing address, postage and postal barcodes. Send a high-resolution PDF at the finished size, extend background colors 0.125 inch past the trim, and keep important text inside the safe area.

How much of the envelope can be printed?
These envelopes are priced for light coverage: a logo and return address, up to about a quarter of the envelope face. Ask us for a quote for full bleed or heavy coverage designs.
What file should I send?
A print-ready PDF at the finished size with 0.125 inch bleed on every side, CMYK color, images at 300 dpi, and text at least 0.125 inch inside the trim. Fonts embedded or outlined.
