How do I set up a die cut file?
Use our template for the shape you pick, keep text at least 0.125 in inside the cut line, and extend the background 0.125 in past it. We check every file before production.
Can I get a custom shape?
Custom shapes need a custom die. Contact us with your idea and we will quote it.
What file should I send?
Send a PDF at the finished size plus 0.125 in bleed on every side (3.75 x 2.25 in for a 3.5 x 2 in card), 300 dpi images, CMYK color, and text at least 0.125 in inside the trim. Our team checks every file before it goes to press and contacts you if anything needs fixing.
How long does it take?
Production time: 4-5 business days after file approval. Shipping time is added and depends on the method you choose at checkout.
Can you design my card?
